We didn’t get there till 1:00 am after traveling for the holidays. We called the # & the lady opened the door to check in. She was very pleasant, good hygiene & was efficient with getting us checked in. We. Was very pleased with our stay as always!!

Shower faucet was loose and difficult to regulate water temperature. Door to enter the room was damaged with a large gap in the doorframe someone could easily slip a credit card in and open the door. Reported it to the front desk.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. The items that could be controlled by the in house team were very good. Some other items they may need upper managements investment would be stained carpets, bathroom upgrades (showers)rusty fixtures,key cards not working
