The design is nice and the smokers ashtray stands. There were no roaches or bedbugs Did not like the old/ outdated bedspreads and furnishings. Was not happy that my shower hadn't been cleaned and someone's used soap was in there then the cleaning lady cleaned it and then left that person's used soap on the bathroom counter. Did not like that i booked a smokers room and they only had non smoking rooms available.

The manager took $30 claiming it was for a hand towel and bath mat. I explained that they were nasty because I had to clean the room because it was nasty. She told me I should have gotten housecleaning to do it. I told her the rooms should be clean prior to checking in. She was very rude about it. She had me sign an envelope saying she kept the $30. Very unprofessional.

There was no breakfast or hottub as advertised. The manager took $30 of mine saying a towel was dirty. It was dirty from cleaning the room when we forst arrived.

When we arrived I cleaned a spill on the floor with a hand towel. Because the floors were so dirty they towel was black. I was charged $30 for something I could replace for less than $10. The manager is a thief. I was told I should have let them clean the floors they didn't clean to start with

The room was gross when we got here. The floors were black so i used a handtowel to clean it. They charged me $30 for the handtowel and bathmat. I was told i should have gotten the cleaning people to take care of it. It should have been clean when i got there. There's also no breakfast or hottub as advertised.
