A enjoyable / relaxing stay at the Oceano in Jaco.

A wonderful and relaxing stay at Oceano. I was there for 5 nights and would recommend it highly to anyone visiting Jaco. The accommodation was beautiful. The apartment allocated was spacious, quiet, very comfortable and cleaned every day. The food in the hotel (breakfast and in the evening) was first class. I used the pool area and gym each day and both were very good. The pool area was very relaxing. The hotel had a very relaxed feel about it. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and professional. The reception staff were able to arrange tours of the local area. The accommodation is about 10 mins walk to the beach which was fine. There were plenty of restaurants / bars shops within 5 mins walk of the hotel. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Jaco.

The food at the bistro was very tasty, fair priced and delivery was fast. We had our suite cleaned every day and the room had beautiful views to the mountains!

If you want peace and quiet, or friendly staff, this isn't the place. My suite was nice, but there was construction noise when I arrived, so I couldn't use the pool area or my balcony. Then it woke me up at 7 am the next day. There is limited parking too, so once I arrived, I never left with my car. The breakfast was good though

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was civil but not friendly. The food was ok. I stayed here after leaving Manuel Antonio where the vibe was much more welcoming and caring everywhere, but especially at the hotel.
