Walking around the area, this hotel is definitely the best value for money. A short work to the beach and the Main Street (restaurant, supermarket, bars and shops). A la carte breakfast included, which was great. Cafe latte extra cost, but worth it! Tour desk staff super friendly and informative, all other staff great. Lovely pool setting, clean and comfy beds, great air con, and a nice restaurant area. My room had a fridge with a water dispenser, which was amazing! VIP access gave me a complimentary 2pm check out, which was great! Very small negative - Draining board rack needs replacing and gym needs a deep clean and equipment needs servicing.

Great location with walking to beach and “downtown” shopping area. The free breakfast options are healthy and tasty as are the options from the lunch and dinner menus. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The room was tended to each day- loved having the kitchen! Great shower. Jaco is a great place to have as home base to venture to other areas of the country. 👍

I do not recommend this hotel. The good the bad and the ugly. Good, the hotel itself is not too bad. The lobby and pool area are nice and well kept. The rooms are nice and the balcony is a plus. Bad, the food. We had dinner when we arrived and simply put the food was not good. Breakfast was included and only slightly better. I do have to say however the coffee is excellent and so was the green juice. Ugly, the staff. Unfortunately I double booked my hotel stay (my fault) and let them know when I arrived. They were given two chances to make it right knowing it was just a mistake and still keep my money. It's slimy and unfortunately for them we will not return. I do not recommend this hotel.
