I had a truly wonderful stay at Hôtel Lounge Madiana Plage. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Philippe is incredibly kind and helpful—when Uber wasn’t working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was enjoying my time at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious! I especially loved the fresh fish—sea bass and dorade—prepared with care and always served with a smile. The lady in the kitchen is so kind, and the gentleman working outside is equally friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is a gem: peaceful, right next to the beach, and probably the closest beachside hotel to Abidjan. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway without going too far from the city. I highly recommend Hôtel Lounge Madiana Plage to anyone looking for comfort, good food, and genuine hospitality. I will definitely be coming back!

It’s a gorgeous property and was spotless. The food was good. The front desk, wait staff and cleaning staff were very professional and helpful. Overall I had a nice stay. It doesn’t get 5 stars because they forgot to pick me up from the airport and only sent the driver when I got outside, found no one waiting for me and called to ask, which took another 45 minutes. Luckily I had a working sim, I speak French and I’m familiar with Abidjan. This could have gone sideways for someone else. Definitely not a good first impression. Also, there don’t seem to be porters? Upon check-in the lovely Lydia at the front desk had to carry my bag up to my room and upon checkout, I brought my bag down and even loaded it into my cab myself. Not quite a 5-star experience - it was nice but missed the mark.
