Melhor localização para explorar a cidade como um todo. Portaria solicita. Chuveiro bom e relaxante. Apartamento pequeno, mas funcional pra quem planeja aproveitar mais o seu tempo conhecendo a cidade. Gostaria de sugerir que disponibilizassem mais um rolo de papel higiênico para substituir o que fica no dispenser. Mesmo fazendo uso consciente, o rolo acabou antes do fimd a nssa estadia.

HORRIFIC! Do not stay! I wish I could upload pictures of the reality because it does not match the photos. Stains on bedding & furniture, bugs in the rooms, holes in the walls, no hot water, broken patio door (safety hazard), moldy smell, chipped and dirty toilets….we left the property after 1 day and didn’t finish our stay. All of that and no help or accommodations for this disaster. Victoria was no help and would not refund us. Avoid at all costs!

I could not get in contact with the host for 3 days. Likely because i booked on Expedia they were unable to find my booking. Which, i knew would be a conflict because the system they had wouldn’t let me check in. While i was there, they said i cannot make another booking because they don’t make bookings at the front desk. I requested a refund multiple times and still, no conclusion. Seriously frustrating and unnecessary hassle. I would recommend this location get a front desk service or a customer service line. I do recommend Expedia remove this listing from their page until communication with the website and location gets better.
