As an avid traveler (mostly solo) this was the first time I took my whole family for a Rajasthan trip starting with Jaipur. And what a terrible start! The rooms were not ready even though we had booked and paid well in advance. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get the room ready.
Once in the room, the next set of challenges came as the toilet in one of the rooms were not working and I was sent from one to another 4-5 times with no clear communication between the staff members. Geysers in two of the other rooms were not working and even though the staff said that they are going to send immersion rods for hot water, that never arrived.
The reason why I scored 3/5 for staff and service and not lower was because they served when my dad started suffering from dehydration. As soon as I informed them they quickly got us some sugar and salt, and also enquired about his health after some time, which was nice.
Food was nice and well cooked, which and the nice behaviour we received when my dad fell ill were the only reason why I gave 2 stars out of 5. Otherwise the experience was much closer to 1 star out of 5.
I had forgot my Apple Watch, as soon I realized and was trying to get the number to call them, they called me and informed me that they found my watch and they could also send me. I went back and got. They deserve very good rating
