There is much room for improvement. Paid for 7 days but checked out after 2 days
Hotel flatly refused to refund even for a day
The place needs to improve a ton.
What a terrible experience! Had to leave after 1 night. Lost a day in Jaipur to look for a new place. Electricity flickered, no lift, no internet and dirty bathroom! Old broke AC on window and you feel dust, smells, noise and cold air from the street on 3rd floor. No hot water, unless you ask and no pressure in the shower. Paid for a delux room-what a joke and disappointment-never again!
A lovely stay at a nice friendly hotel .Everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.thank you .A little way out to the city centre but that was easily reached .Nice to be away from the crazy city at times -easy access to the railway station

Nice hotel in very inconvenient location
This hotel has a lot of character and the staff is very helpful but the location is so bad - difficult to find, hard to get to, etc. - that I can't recommend it. I also had a bad experience checking in, with the proprietor denying - vehemently - that I had a paid reservation before finally seeing that I was right. After this very strange and annoying start things got much better.
Very nice family run hotel! The owner and his sons made us feel very welcome. Room was clean and big. We couldn't get a taxi one night so the owner personally drove us. He also helped with our onwards travel plans. Would definitely recommend and good value for money. Home cooked food was delicious and the staff were always helpful and nice.
Very friendly staff and very interesting interiors. It was really nice to stay there. The Hotel is located not very close to the center of Jaipur but you always can take a tuk-tuk: it's cheap.
The best hotel I've stayed in India, extremely welcoming friendly staff, helped me get around
The hotel is in a quite part of town, good food, very clean
This place is like a mini palace. Nicely decorated with frescoes on every walls. Nice four poster beds and it's run by a family hence excellent service. Only downside is that it's little out of town but if you looking for peace and quiet then it's for you. Highly recommended.

Baba Haveli,. Heritage Style,... budget Acco
This Hotel is in the typical Rajasthani Design with wall paintings, but is not an old building, so dont go b the 'Heritage' tag,. its just in that style,..
Very pleasing and welcoming staff, abd rooms just compact size for short stay to the budget. 20 mins from the Chand Pol gate of the pink walled city.
Good Experience only concern is prices and services of food and non availability of near by food joints.

Nice homely atmosphere..n ambience
Was nice and secure feeling staying at the rather newly created haveli! But the presence of a main road at the entrance was a bit of put off. Otherwise the entire booking etc procedure at the Hotels'com site was really convenient and hassal free.
The manager of this hotel was so attentive and kind that it made my trip more like visiting family than a hotel. This is a heritage hotel a charm and ambience that you don't get elsewhere. I only stayed here one night, but the place was quiet and comfortable with good food. You can't go wrong with Baba!
Very discomforting to forcefully eat at dininghall
The staff carried the luggage to the dining hall not in the room. Room service was very slow. last order time was 9pm which is quite hassling esp when we reached at 8pm. food was over priced with ltd quantity. we were asked to eat the food in the dining hall not in the room. the main elderly uncle was very rude in tone. i will never ever go again to this hotel. only good part was the room decor. nothing else.
The place was great, though the rooms were a bit cold even when it was warm outside. The staff – a father, his son and some other workers – were very attentive, and we had some of the best food in North India within the confines of the hotel (or on the lovely rooftop deck). It's a little far from Old Jaipur by rickshaw, but the ride isn't too bad. Just make sure you have the address and a map for your driver since most of them didn't seem to know where it was.
I would like to thank Mr Gautam and his kids for a pleasurable experience in Jaipur . He was really nice and he kept the tabs on the staff and kids that the guest are taken care of. I would like to suggest that may be the rooms keys can loose the cow bell key chain just kidding... I would recommend this hotel to anyone travel to Jaipur for it worth the money.
hello friends, its a nice stay at hotel, it is good value for money, cleanliness & condition is good, rooms were a bit small, owner of the hotel were welcoming & were helpful. only one bad experience--- i had a small baby, while traveling we had to keep baby milk with us & whenever milk remains unused we asked hotel owner to get it again boiled & give it to us for my son owner warned me that they don't have policy to do so &we had to buy every time 150 ml milk for baby from their hotel for Rs. 40/- ( though cost of 1 liter milk is Rs. 42/-) & we had to throw the unused milk which is with us, its not a matter of 150ml milk for Rs. 40/- it matter of convenience & wasting of unused milk when we know in our country many babies don't get milk to drink. Other wise every thing was good.
The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The manager was extremely helpful and made a reservation for me at the next place I wanted to visit. There was a bit of a problem with hot water when I was there. I was told the hotel was 3 km from the old city but it took about an hour to walk it , so I think it was much further
Lovely Indian style hotel and very welcoming owner
The hotel is very well decorated and well fursnished. The 2 issues are the location (quite far from the city centre but it is a quiet place to stay) and the barhroom was not really working, because the shower lacked pressure and there were no hot water. But the staff is really kind and welcoming. One of the best hotel in our trip in India.
I originally planned to stay one night but ended up staying three nights. You know that you are in a first rate establishment when the owner is on site. In this case, Vijay treated me more like a family member than a guest. From the moment I arrived, Vijay did everything in his power to make me feel at home. He was always willing to just sit with me and discuss everything from family to politics, while always seeming to offer insight in the Indian culture. Additionally, he went above and beyond any normal hotel operator when I had issues with an unruly taxi driver. He even helped me track down my lost credit card, even though he had other personal plans for the evening. In short, if you want a simple hotel, you can go anywhere. But if you want a true FINE establishment, I would highly highly recommend Hotel Haveli!!!
The air conditioning in your room, even after changing rooms barely works, need the overhead fan blowing full speed to sleep. No air any where else in building, miserable to eat and use computor. No wifi, no coffee in the lobby as stated, only if you order it and pay for it you can drink it in the lobby. Hardest beds in the world, like sleeping on the floor. Friendly staff. Long ways from everything and on no bus lines.
Well designed new hotel combines modern amenities with traditional type rooms and building.
The rooms and communal areas are well designed and maintained. Breakfast is tastey and served on the delightful rooftop terrace. The owner and his son are friendly and helpful.
Will stay again next time I visit Jaipur.

Good value Homestay
Hotel is int he far north west of the city but only a short autorickshaw ride to the centre. The owner is very friendly and the hotel is of a good standard. Rooftop restaurant has great views of the city. Price for the rooms is good value. Rooms got quite cold at night due to marble floors. Reasonably noisy but quite by Indian standards. Would recommend to others.
