Great hotel, superb service & central location!
We stayed for just 1 night but it was made extremely comfortable and memorable by the great service we received from HR Palace! Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked. The hotel manager Mr. Anuj went out of his way in making sure that our needs were very well met, even though our stay was just for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms clean and tidy. Their morning breakfast spread as also food quality is amazing. Every person we interacted from the hotel made effort towards providing good service to us and that means a lot when travelling with family. Last but not the least, the hotel is located in a very central place pretty close to the railway station - so eateries and commute is easy too. I will surely recommend H R Palace to other travellers and would certainly stay there again if i went back to Jaipur.

For the money, it's a great place to stay!!!
Our overall experience at H.R. Palace was good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfort was above average for India, at that price point. Condition of the room was decent. The location is close to center of town, making everything easily accessible. The selling point was the staff. They where very helpful and informative. Food was also good.

Lots of good service. Nice rooftop restaurant. Rooftop would be more attractive with more plants and little string lights around? But very kind people. Helpful staff got us driver for the day and driver to Pushkar. Both very nice and spoke some English.

Friendly and clean midrange hotel
HR Palace is a good mid-range hotel. The staff were very helpful. There is a nice rooftop restaurant. The room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. There was hot water. The location is a 10-15 minute walk from Jaipur Station which is handy but about a 30 minute walk to the pink city. There are not a lot of tourists in this area which will appeal to some but not other tourists.

It was a little hard to find as the google maps app took me a little away from it, maybe some technical issues, all in all the staff is pleasing to talk to and food is authentic and amazing! Give this place a go if you're going to Jaipur anytime soon! Bang for the buck!

This is an excellent hotel. Nicely furnished room, good A/C, Wi-Fi and on-site terrace restaurant. Exceptional staff! Helpful in every way. Made numerous calls for me to local attractions, business, arranged for same day laundry service, great advice and directions with regard to local travel

Hotel was very nice. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, though meat-lovers should know it's completely vegetarian. First room we were showed to was a twin and not what we booked. It was not as nice as the double we ended up in, so it's good to book a higher category of room.

TV didn't work. We asked them in afternoon while leaving room. Came back in evening still not working. Chased them up again. They spent half an hour and said it won't work!!! All this time we were chasing this up with staff. Management didn't call us once to ask if things are good or not. No regrets, no apologies. After all this they offered another room. When we went there we noticed TV didn't even work there!!!!!!! So we had to tell management again! This TV didn't even have remote! TV were 1990s model. In wotif photos they have shown LCD screens and better rooms and beds. Why are they deceiving people?? Even if TVs are old they should work atleast. We got so bored sitting in room doing nothing. It was a complete different look and facilities compared to the photos on wotif. Bathrooms were below average and uncomfortable. One soap for 4 people? Shouldn't management check if rooms are ready to give to customers?? Shouldn't all facilities be given as we are paying the price asked!?

An Excellent Botique Hotel in Jaipur
I stayed in Hotel H.R. Palace in Jaipur on 17th April'15 and was completely surprised by the hotel standards and warm welcome specially by the Reception Manager Mr. Kundan which made all the difference with his personal touch. The rooms was big, modern with a very comfortable bed, so was the bathroom and all spotlessly clean. The room was quite with no street noise at all and the food served in room service as well as the restaurant was very hygienic and delicious !! I found this 'little gem of a boutique heritage hotel' more than my expectations and would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Jaipur. I would specially like to thank the reception manager - Mr. Kundan for all his efforts to make my trip a pleasurable one.
