The bath towels were frayed. The two bottles of water were very small, varely enough for tea, which left nothing for drinking. Don't try the restaurant. They were out of stuff or made it wrong.

Excellent stay

Plan to stay only for 3 nights. However, the staffs hospitality win my hearts and continue another 2 more days. Shout out to Mr. Annas, Ms. Judith, Mr. Fa fa and Ms. Alicia for their attentiveness, professionalism and excellent hospitality. Room is big and clean. Breakfast have lots choices. Location is very strategic.

A hotel to return to

An extremely good hotel, seems underrated but I was fortunate enough to give an event in this hotel and therefore booked a room for a week. The room was good, the elevators worked well, the food and service was international. Also the only Starbucks in Jakarta open 24/7 is 5 minutes away by taxi. I will come again.

Great staff makes for an excellent experience

While this hotel is dated, it is in good condition. The food is good. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are fantastic. The consistently exceed expectations and make the stay here very pleasant. I have stayed here at least 5 times now; I keep coming back because of how the staff makes me feel. The location is also excellent.
