We were horrified that lift was not available between 20.00 to 08.00. On arrival heavy cases had to be lifted up winding stairs and on departure down winding stairs. We were disappointed a sitting room was not available between 20.00 and 08.00. We understand that at Midsummer the above 2 facilities were unavailable for longer periods. We were surprised we had to pay our bill on arrival rather than on departure day.

Hotelli oli todella sopiva liikematkailuun. mutta kalustus ja huonejärjestys oli hankala matkatavaroiden kanssa. lisäksi hissi oli poissa käytöstä pe illalla ja tavaroiden raahaaminen rappusissa ikäihmisille raskasta. Tyylikkäät toilettikalusteet, mutta hankalat käyttää . Parkkipaikka ulko-oven lähellä ( hyvä sateella ) Maukas aamiainen. Siisteys hyvä

Ihan mukava hotelli

Mukava hotelli, meillä oli todella hieno ja tilava huone, taisi olla joku exclusive-versio. Illalla oli vastaanotto kiinni, mutta yösisäänkäynnin takana löytyi kahviautomaatti ja kaikenlaista jos sattui tarvitsemaan. Parkkipaikkoja edessä riittävästi. Aamiainen hyvä. Suosittelen.

Det var ett bra hotell, som har det mesta. Personalen i receptionen var glada och trevliga. Städpersonalen kunde gärna ha sett lite gladare ut. Jag är nöjd och om jag kommer tillbaka till Jakobstad, väljer jag att checka in här igen.
