This is a terriric hotel. Surrounding neighborhood is not, but the hotel ensures security at the front door. Staff and service is excellent. Club room staff especially. .i would rather atay here than in the City..better value I nclusing the Uber.

Very quiet, accommodating, friendly and helpfull staff. Our room was quite clean and comfortable. The JFK Marriott is to be commended for its outlay and superb treatment of its guests.

Here's what I didn't like... The first day I checked in, I requested an extra chain for my room due to my elderly parents. I wanted them both to eat at the extended table. The staff at the front desk checked with housekeeping and I was told no. I couldn't believe it!! The next day, I spoke to a staff from housekeeping on my floor. He said standby. 10 minutes later, he gave me a chair. Thank God!
