I was advised that there was kitchen when I booked. But there was no cooktop and the door locks are very old and very very hard to open.

This hotel is great! We stayed there twice because of how much we enjoyed it. The people that work there are phenomenal, every single person that we interacted with was simply amazing; the porters and the front desk people are kind, friendly and always helpful. The localization is perfect, half block from Avenida Paulista, near the subway, lots of places to eat, a shopping mall, Masp museum, coffee places, etc. Paulista avenue closes on Sundays and Holidays so its great to just walk around. The room is comfortable, beautiful and very clean, the shower is excellent and the air conditioner helps a lot on days that are hot in Brazil. The shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap have a wonderful aroma (my favorite from the brand L' Occitane au Brésil) and I loved that complimentary havainas! The pre check-in was also very helpful, made everything faster when we got to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Sao Paulo!

Excellent hotel and great location

Melhorar ..a lâmpada do quarto uma penumbra...pelo menos colocar uma a mais na frente espelho no corredor entrada. O quarto é muito pequeno acho que mal dividido já fiquei em quartos desta metragem mas era mais confortável. Muito muito ruim o isolamento acústico acima...escuta tudo principalmente o arrastar de cadeira. Até porque está cadeira e barulhento.. e tem que arrastar porque se sentar nela ninguém mais passa ..então é um empurra e puxa cadeira ..isso atrapalha certamente em todos os quartos. Café estava ruim muito tintoso. E pode ser mais saboroso. O que aprovei foram os travesseiros e a limpeza excelente s. O colchão terrível mole e desestruturado maior que o box que o assenta. O lençol da cama escapa porque é pequeno e não tem nada pra dobrar em baixo do colchão. Sai todo momento e ficamos sem lençol de baixo .não fico mais neste hotel
