Not what I bought.

The room we selected was a room with 3 queen beds. That one was booked for over a month, so we did not get what we reserved. Despite having a picture of the bar/restaurant area, that is permanently closed per the sign on the door, even though there is an electronic sign on the outside of the hotel advertising pizza, burgers and cold beer. No continental breakfast despite hotels.com labeling it that way. When asked, the hotel explained they have tried to have that removed. Room was pretty standard the chair was in disrepair and staple scratched my leg. The beds had no support to the point me and my wife sunk into the center like a deflated air mattress. Had a fridge with a freezer though the freezer had to much ice build up to use. One bed side lap had a broken switch so we had to plug and unplug to turn it off and on. There is a city park close to the hotel that was really nice. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will never stay there again.

Decent for no prior reservation

Room was average. King size bed was comfortable. The towel bar in bathroom was missing and the exhaust fan didn't work hence the peeling paint, but it was clean and I had a good night's sleep. Coffee and pastries for breakfast.

If I could give this poor excuse for a lodging facility a negative score, I would. The entire facility is dirty and ill-kept. The person at the reception desk was dismissive and disrespectful. The entire facility is filthy including the room we occupied. There is ample evidence that the staff is poorly trained and (probably) understaffed as well. The ice bucket in our room was half-full of water, indicating that it had not been emptied of ice-melt and properly dried. There was a half-filled bottle of complimentary shampoo in the room, indicating that it was likely left over from the patron occupying the room the previous night. The bulk shampoo and conditioner dispensers were not secured to the shower enclosure, so they fell to the floor of the shower when we attempted to use them. The ice machine in the lobby was not working and the second ice machine was inadequate to meet the demands of the patrons. It was necessary for us to carry all our luggage to the room because there was no luggage cart supplied by the facility. Upon arriving in the lobby in the morning to partake of the advertised breakfast, we were told that it consisted of "breakfast bars." We were told that "the breakfast food order hadn't arrived yet and its arrival was expected "in the afternoon," which would be well beyond the deadline for checkout even if we did wish to stay and wait for it. We found this to be exceedingly poor inventory management and represented a calloused breach of contract,

Choose somewhere else!

Would never stay here again! I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a family of five. Upon checking in, the lady at the front desk was on a personal call on her phone and not paying us much attention. When entering one of the rooms it smelled like dogs and cigarettes, carpet and furniture were horribly stained and the AC wasn't working so we asked to be moved. The room we got moved to had working AC and it looked like it was more updated than the other room however the entire floor was extremely sticky! It didn't have carpet like the other rooms. My husband ended up washing the floor with a towel and it was black! The room that my mother and son stayed in had working AC and smelled better but it was very outdated and again the carpet and furniture were very stained and dirty. All this said, the worst part about the whole stay was that we did not have hot water for our entire stay for either room. My stay was non-refundable but I still ended up booking a third room at the GrandStay hotel nearby so that we could take hot showers and have a decent breakfast. All the Econo Lodge had for breakfast was plastic wrapped danishes. Also, every time one of us walked past the lady working the front desk she was on the phone and it seemed like she was cussing out and yelling at her coworkers. This was literally the worst hotel experience I've had in my life.

No hot water.

We were turned away because the hotel had no hot water. I have no idea how this property was rated so highly on Hotels.com. We were glad to leave and drive another 50 miles later in the evening to find a suitable hotel.
