I read the reviews before booking here and I was so surprised by the condition of the hotel and how dirty it was. The carpeting in the hallway are so stained on floor 2. Our bathroom in room 211, was filthy. I couldn’t even use the shower it was that bad. When we asked if it could be cleaned we were told they were gone for the day. So that was that. I would not recommend this hotel if u care to stay in a clean room. At least the bed was comfy. And the front desk clerk was helpful but her hands were tied as far as getting the bathroom cleaned but it would have been nice if they had comped us somehow for the issue.

The best hotel stay ever.
Holiday Inn Express, Jamestown NY. We loved every minute with the exception of a barking dog in the room next to us. The problem was taken care of immediately by Susie at the front desk. The kids loved the pool and the gym. We will definitely stay here again.

There were cigarette buts all over the outside sidewalks and driveway, including in the flower beds. Breakfast was over by 930. We stayed for 3 nights and after driving for 12 hours we did not feel like getting up that early. Most places serve until 1000.
