I was unable to spend my 3 nights because of an immediate health concern. I know this was 1 day beyond the deadline of canceling but it was unavoidable. I made the reservation through Expedia and called them and the hotel. Yester day I spoke with the hotel manager. She was rather cold and refused to help in anyway, although a receptionist told me the policy was that I would be billed for one night only. I just received an email from Expedia that they have been waiting to hear from the hotel manager to no avail. I know I won’t be using this hotel EVER
