Tiny , tired and overpriced

This has got to be the worst room I have ever seen in my travels. The room was tiny , the beds were tiny , on flimsy bed frames . The basin is jammed in next to the bed and the toilet and miniscule shower is in a cupboard. The furniture would be dumped - see photo. TV didn’t work. The hotel should be ashamed to charge the rates they do for this place. One saving grace was the receptionist who was helpful.
I don’t think this is acceptable.

Homey vibes

I learned this family-owned hotel turned 100 years old this year. Cute, well maintained, comfortable, in a great location and offers courteous service to make you feel at home. It was a wonderful stay.

Love Jasper

Overall our 2 day stay was very nice. Comfy bed & pillows taking in consideration that this Hotel is 100 years old - it was nice. Room was small and air conditioner did not work to well, but had a back up fan. Front Desk Clerk helped us carry our bags to the 2nd floor since there was no elevator.

Loved the atmosphere of this 100-year-old hotel. Very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff - they will carry your suitcase upstairs if you wish. Attached restaurant was wonderful - same friendly staff and great food. Perfect location, except maybe that the trains run by constantly. The air conditioner drowns them out.

Very cool to stay here as they celebrate 100 years. Welcoming staff. Great vibe and music in the lobby. Parking was just across the street and it was in the heart of the city.

Not to bad for the price and location

I really liked that it was right down town. Very convenient. We arrived 1 hour before check in time and they didn’t have an early check in option or a place to store our bags. The hotel was nice but you can tell it’s old. Doors don’t close quietly and the bathroom was very cramped. The staff was very pleasant and always had a smile when you walked by.
