We have been staying here for several years in the spring and the fall when we visit family in Indiana we request a bottom floor room and our request is fullfilled. We stay for 2 weeks and will continue to stay at this motel in the future.

The air conditioner was not running when we got into the room, so it was very stuffy fir a few hours until the room cooled down. We visited in late September (high 80s low 90s). The breakfast was acceptable, some mornings there was not enough items set out for the guests. The last morning we were there, we were seemingly the only guests. We went downstairs for breakfast and another guest informed us there's were no eggs or sausage available. The wifi needs updated as connecting our devices had poor performance. The TV remote was very finicky for trying to change channels or scroll on Netflix. The power and volume buttons worked perfectly though. The staff was very friendly and helped with any requests we had. All things considered we would stay here again as any of the negatives are simply minor inconveniences.

The check in was a nightmare, I was double charged for the second room, the front desk attendant was rude and walking around the hotel shirtless and shoeless in the morning.... which was particularly unusual but at that point, not surprising. One room smelled strongly of mildew and cigarette ashtray, the other had black mold on the ceiling and smelled strongly of urine. I'm incredibly disappointed and will be disputing charges for this awful experience.

It seemed like we had to keep asking for things to be done, linens for the pull out couch, soap in the shower dispensers, forks at breakfast, etc. The continental breakfast was not fully stocked as it should have been on a holiday weekend with most of the rooms full of guests. They were running out of things like milk, eggs, fresh fruit, etc. The tables could have been wiped down and the trash was almost overflowing when we left. I will say the room was quiet and clean when we arrived.

Quick stay
Just a quick stay over after going to holiday world. Requested an upgrade to a king size bed, didn’t receive. Room had a scent of urine. Was looking for the Bible but it was not present in the room.
