Very wonderful stay! Lovely property and staff. Only complaint was that our thermostat in the room was very picky on making it hot but we did get it to work sometimes

The only thing we didn't like about the Chateau Jasper was the fact that the hot tub has no jets. This has gone down hill over the last few years. The pool area is nice and the swimming pool is good but the hot tub is just a soaker tub and should not be advertised as an amenity that it is not.

Wonderful resort and staff . Great rooms, very spacious with nice mini fridges, coffee makers, kettle and microwave. Having 2 sinks ( one in bathroom, one out) made for an easy time for a family to get ready in the morning or night

I found this at a great price but felt more upscale than the cost Staff was amazing. Even the guests were very happy and friendly It was great to be able to spend some money and support Jasper!

Chateau Jasper is a really nice place to stay. I like the tiny "kitchen" area with a fridge, sink, and microwave. the room was cozy and the view of the mountains delightful
