Staff was very friendly. The hotel needs updated terribly. I kept tripping in the hallway because the carpet is lifting up. The pool smelled off. Overall, the hotel worked well enough for us, but I wouldn’t want to stay again.

The breakfast bar was poor and eggs and sausage gravy were cold. Coffee machine was broken . Staff all smelled of cigarette smoke.. nice shower and beds overall a good night stay.

The property and the rooms were clean, great location. The only issue was the continental breakfast. They need more helpers. The lady couldn’t keep up. They ran out of everything. There was nothing left by the time the 1 st hour was over. It was poor both days. They couldn’t keep up in the breakfast area and there was like 7 or 8 staff hanging out behind the desk and not one of them tried to help the lady trying to keep the breakfast flowing. There were parents going back in the closet and trying to get milk so the kids could have it with their cereal. It was probably the worst breakfast experience I’ve had at any hotel.

Breakfast was decent although they were out of waffle batter. Overall strong smell of oil based paint (I assume they were trying to spruce the place up). Decent staff but hotel was really dated. Caulk was cracked all the way around the tub and lots of discolor and mildew on it. Tub drain not functional. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh. I have been to worse but definitely not an 8.8 as rated on Orbitz. I would give it a 6.5 because of the clean linens.

air conditioner was noisy and not working properly. Fire alarm went of at 1:44 in the morning because a button was pushed in the elevator. Bed comforter had food residue on the side down towards the bed. Came back from the day out and none of our room keys worked. This was us and two other families. All the kids hated the Breakfast and said the waffles were disgusting. Pool was not very big and the water looked a little yellow so we did not feel comfortable letting the kids hop in.I would recommend staying somewhere else.

The room smelled like mildew. There were ants in one of the rooms. The pool looked dirty and scary! The smoke alarm went off at 1 AM probably because someone opened the bathroom door and let steam out cause you can’t keep the bathroom door open or the fire alarm will go off. The workers are very friendly.

It’s not horrible but not great. Rooms are in need of repair. AC in the room very noisy compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Everyone was having issues with their door keys not working while we were there. Beds were comfortable but they tuck 1/2 the sheets under the foot of the bed. You have to damn near remake the bed. Room noise was average (other than the AC). Breakfast wasn’t bad. Staff was ok. They kept having “computer issues” during check in and took a long time. For the price… you get what ya pay for.

The only thing that I liked was that it was close to Holiday world. We took 5 kids and I requested adjoining rooms 3 times. Requested it online and called and spoke to staff directly twice. They told me to call the morning of check in because that is when they assign rooms. Did that. Long story short, did not get adjoining rooms. That made our night very difficult with 5 young kids. Dryer was broken, which would have been a big deal, but a staff worker offered to dry our clothes for us. Rooms weren’t the cleanest but beds seemed clean and had comfortable pillows.

Horrible breakfast! Trash overflowing and there were 3 cans! Asked the front desk as there were 3 workers just standing there! They replied that the guy who usually does it comes in later. Gross and stunk! How is anyone supposed to eat breakfast! Front desk people all looked unkempt and uneducated! One gal didn’t even have any teeth! For the price I was charged, not happy! Will never stay here again!
