Family Holiday World weekend
Staff is very friendly! 2 night stay. Was checked into a dirty room (had not yet been cleaned/ beds not changed from previous stay). Shower dirty with hair attached to walls & clogged/extremely slow to drain. We were out all day the following day, when we returned the room, it had not been cleaned. Called front desk to request new towels, was told there weren’t any because no one had turned any in. Was told I could have mine back in 45 minutes if I brought them down to front desk. Night manager informed me that the staff cleans the rooms every 3 days.

We had a quick one night stay after a busy, hot day at Holiday World. We checked in around 9pm, showered, and went to bed. The beds were much firmer than we are used to but overall clean. The shower had a few hairs from a previous guest. The bathroom lacks an exhaust fan making it very steamy. Overall, the staff was nice at check-in and check-out and during breakfast. We would stay here for a quick turn around trip in the future. My one suggestion would be to put up shorter curtains that actually close. We had parking lot lights shining very bright in our room.

First room we checked into had a horrible odor. Front deck manager moved our room which was nice. Amenities were scarce as far as towels, soap, shampoos. Literally only 2 towels in our room. Coffee in the room and at breakfast was horrible and/ cold. Cups were the smallest cups for coffee ever! Pool was cloudy and extremely small so we didn't even attempt to swim.

Nice clean hotel
The hotel was clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was not very good. The front desk had no one when we first arrived and when we were checking out. The hotel and rooms very clean and very comfortable.

Hotel clean, beds comfy, breakfast - meh (food was cold, not enough spaces to sit, layout difficult to get in and out of food serving area. Had to go ask for towels as there were none in our room. But in general, pleasant stay.

The room was clean, the A/C worked fine and was easy to control, and it was nice having a small refrigerator - which we used - and a microwave - which we didn't use but was available. The breakfast food was about on par with other hotels. I always like hotels with waffle makers, and this one had two. The two front desk people with whom I had contact were both very helpful - couldn't have done better. On the flip side - and these weren't big deals - there was only one elevator to serve three floors. It worked fine, but it would've been nice to have a nearby stairwell as an option. Instead, the stairwells were at opposite ends, a long walk from the elevator. A design issue; nothing the hotel can do about it now. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it steamed up like a sauna while taking a shower. Lots of hotels have this same issue. The indoor swimming pool was small, and the room itself wasn't ventilated. So the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. But, hey, at least they're using it! As I said earlier, these were small issues that wouldn't keep me from staying here again. Overall, it was a good experience.

This is a nice comfort inn. Staff at front desk very nice and helpful. Had a printout of dining and delivery close by. Very helpful with grandkids after day at holiday world. The kids enjoyed the pool. But it was way too small for adults to enjoy also. The breakfast was just ok.
