No air conditioning in room. They had 3 oscillating fans. Had to open both doors and windows when we arrived. It took until 10 pm to cool the room down enough to shut the doors. The main lodge also had no air conditioning. They said their power grid did not support air conditioning for the whole resort

The staff double charged me for the room, the drove my vehicle wrecklessly and had it delivered by the valet attendant with everything all over the back and upon checking my app, it elaborated to the horseplay driving with it. No air conditioning and no internet wifi to conduct business. The manager (Nicole) on duty played everything off as if it were nothing. Amateur hour at its finest. It’s a beautiful place but lacks some serious management to oversee these problems….

We love Fairmont Resorts and while this was a great place we didn’t feel the service lived up to fairmonts. One day we were seated on patio. We told them we only wanted a drink as we’d already had lunch. It took 18 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The place wasn’t busy. We also book hotels based on the pool as we swim everyday. Our second day the pool opened at least two hours late because the chemicals were off because there were so many kids in the pool the day before. It’s something that could have been taken care of the night before.

My wife and I have stayed at the Lodge several times in the past, and have found the property lovely and the accommodations comfortable. We actually had to cancel our most recent reservation at the last minute because my wife had an unexpected problem with her knee that required us to fly home for treatment. I wanted to submit a favorable review despite the fact that this time we did not actually stay there, to praise the staff at the Lodge for refunding our money despite the last-minute nature of the cancellation. Very much appreciated, and we will definitely be staying with them again the next time we return to Jasper!

We love the Fairmont Lodge in Jasper and have stayed there many times. It is more rustic than the Fairmont in Lake Louise and Banff which we like. The lodge is awesome and there are a broad variety of rook types. There is lots of wildlife in around the property. We highly recommend this Fairmont and are glad it survived the 2024 fire.

Deceitful Staff. I inadvertently left a brand new North Face jacket in our room closet to dry. Within about 90 minutes of my departure from the hotel while driving to Banff on the Icefields Parkway, I realized the issue, called Fairmont Jasper and was told by Housekeeping management that it had not been found, and no employee would have taken it. This insinuated that I was not being truthful. Very disappointed in Fairmont management. There is no other plausible scenario than an employee stealing my jacket.
