The website does not reflect the current state of the property. The property is very run down and amenities don’t exist that are shown in pictures on website. The pools available were so over taken by rowdy people they could not be used. Would not recommend this hotel false adverting for sure.

Staff at front desk was great and assisted us with everything that we needed. Indoor hot tub out of service with no signage explaining what was happening with it. A large flat screen TV in the Lobby main foyer seating area would be nice just showing Jasper area sites and visitor information no volume needed. Room was too warm and stuffy we had the thermostat to its lowest setting and we still had to open the windows. For a large kitchenette shared room the washroom has no counter space and no his and her sinks.

Kitchenette. The stove in poor shape. Wine glasses beyond worn out. One tee towel only. Small container of soap only. Kitchen area and couch very limited for space. Room was very very hot. Left windows open the whole time. Back rooms and bathroom were very nice

The price was within my budget. The outdoor hottub and pool were a perfecct way to end a day of skiing. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet.
