Nicely redone bathroom, shower and great local Jade hand soap / lotion plus Rocky Mountain Soap shampoo,conditioner and body wash. The mini fridge and microwave were appreciated . It would have been even better if an EV charging spot was available ….

We overall satisfied with our stay, but didn't feel like the price was justified. Several other hotels on our trip offered much more luxury and comfort for 2/3 the price. Stained carpets were a turn off, and we had to unplug the fridge at night in order to sleep because it was much too old and loud. Staff were pleasant, but a 4pm check in time was very late for us, and our room still wasn't ready until 4:20.

We had a great two-night stay. The room was clean, generously sized, and had a comfortable bed with modern decor. The hotel's location is super convenient—just a 2-3 minute drive to the city center and provides easy access to all the places we wanted to visit.

Stayed for one night after a long day of hiking and am very happy I chose this property! Staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable and I had a great rest. Reasonably priced in comparison to other options in Jasper. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.
