Everything was great until they upgraded our room to another building. Being elderly and limited mobility i was unable to use the pool. It was just too far for me. The room was fabulous and the grounds around were great for our dog. Round the clock firepit set a real rustic atmosphere. Loved it.

Perfect stay away from home.
It was good stop over on my journey through Jasper. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Hotel had 2 on site dining options. My room had a balcony but didn't use it since it was in November. But overall the rooms are pretty good.

Hotel was clean and customer service decent. Our room was clean, comfortable and recently renovated. The restaurant closed at 8pm which I felt was fairly early for a Saturday and the biggest reason for the 3 star only review was the non working pool & hottub. I booked this place because they had a hot tub however when we arrived we were informed it does not work. Seems like this is a reoccurring issue after reading a few reviews. Overall the stay was ok however I likely will not be back due to the lack of/limited amenities
