The inner door to the next room was unlocked. Didn't make me feel safe. The room we had was right next to two rooms that were extraordinarily loud. The hotel is a little worn. The staff were great. Very polite and very helpful

Very clean and cozy only thing was the pools location is awkward, its in the middle of the hotel so there's a big draft. Swimming pool is super cold because of this and you can't get warm the hot tub was good though and it has a steam room!

I checked in very late due to delayed flights, but the front desk lady was very accommodating and friendly. No issues there at all. Front lobby impression was great. And the room decor was fine. But, inexplicably the restaurant was closed so no handy breakfast options nearby. And the room had a Keurig machine but no coffee so I couldn’t even have a morning coffee unless I drove somewhere. The room heater was so loud it woke me every time it turned on. The bathroom was straight out of a truckers motel, and the shower knobs were so loose and hard to use that they were almost unusable. The shower head was terrible. Not updated in 20 years. And I could hear every word the guys were saying in the next room. The door to the stairs was slamming constantly and trucks idling in the parking lot in the early morning. No chance to get a bit of extra sleep after a late night. I was quite disappointed in what had begun as a promising stay.

Pool was closed due to feces in the water and will not be open for more than half of our stay. We came to Jasper for easy access to a pool for our family and have not been properly compensated for the inconvenience. We were sent to a neighbouring pool that also had poop in it and all we’ve been offered is a free breakfast. We will never stay here again. Customer service is about making the customer happy and all of our requests have been denied.
