I had to flee my storm ravaged area, came to Jasper very unnerved and took refuge. I was not told there was no WiFi or tv up front. Went to my room, lamp would not work, back to desk to get new bulb, found out there was no Wi-Fi or tv which I desperately needed. Went back to room, changed lightbulb, checked to see if there was any service. Back to front desk and asked to check out and refund my money as I had to go elsewhere. Was told no refund. Had to drive to Cullman for accommodations. I should have been told before check-in there were no services that I had to have. Very disappointed!

Horrible not only was the room full of hair and stains on all the sheets and pillow cases the cops were called twice none stop yelling and people in the parking lot not a good place if your looking to get sleep
