Nice Location. Hotel layout a bit odd-had to walk quite a way to get to our room from the elevator. Parking is terrible! Slots are too small & cramped. Room was nice & bed was comfortable.

We are not hikers at our age and the hotel and surroundings fit us perfectly. Browsing was easy at several shops and food and entertainment was great. From Jasper With Love put on by the local theatre was a gas with a lovely selling point of Jasper. The Hotrl should be proud of it amenities and location. Thanks Jasper we had a great time and loved the cruise on the lake too. Recommended to anyone.

Not worth $400/night US$ as hotel should have indicated that the entire Jasper vicinity experienced a forest fire within the last year. Made travel from Banff to Jasper a destination that we wouldn’t had made had we known otherwise.
