Our room had a airconditioner inside the room. It was extremely loud and did not let us sleep. Tried to change room but were told hotel is full. So had rough nights and did not enjoy nature and tranquil mountains of Jasper.

The Inn was fine. It was clean and there is one elevator. What made our stay frustrating was the 7 parking spaces roped off by our bldg. for exterior painting! In high season! Who limits their already limited parking in the middle of high season? And all so a lift could park there overnight, when there is a perfectly good, big lot it could stay in overnight, right next door at the apartments!! Crazy. Cars were driving round and round looking for parking. You took away 7 spaces for a piece of equipment that was only needed 9-5. People had to park out on the street. And please hire people who at least can speak some English! I had to pantomime “ice” to the 2 maids on our floor in order to find the ice machine! Ridiculous!

Bien situé pour un court séjour à Jasper, à distance de marche pour visiter la ville et près de l’entrée du parc national. Le prix est très élevé, mais tous les établissements à Jasper sont chers, donc pas beaucoup d’options.
