Clean, organized, and neat property for the price. We are staying at the Fairmount at Lake Louise, but drove to Jasper for a day and night. Very impressive for the money.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated there were a few games to pick from in the lobby. Having a restaurant next door was handy but we didn’t eat there.

Overall the stay was good, safe, clean, comfortable. The heat was working had to turn the heat off at night as it got to hot but the room was what was required. Stayed friday to monday no room cleaning unless requesed but the front desk was able to accommodate any room supplues needing replenishment.

Great place to stay. I very much enjoyed the little treats for my dog so he could also enjoy his stay. Will definitely stay here again as it’s a great dog friendly choice.

The family suite layout and amenities were really nice. Staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, being an older building, soundproofing was terrible, and window/door seals were not good. Areas of the suite were so hot while others were drafty.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable beds and restaurant for dinner on site. Only complaint is the noise from other guests. You hear them walking and slamming doors constantly. The pool is nice and warm and the indoor hot tub is a decent size. The outdoor hot tubs were broken during our stay.

Nothing like a true Jasper experience in an old timing hotel. New paint is like lipstick on a pig you cannot hide the musty smell in the room (which was very clean). The best part was the paper thin walls. I could hear the people above walking around...my neighbour hanging up things..every comment about the hockey game the ither neighbour was watching..and best of all..the snorer in the room beside me sounded like they were right in my room. When I told this to the front desk who asked me how my stay was i got a blank stare to my comment I got no sleep. Then i find out that the foom my son stayed in for a filed trip had an unopened condom under the bed. Nice. Beware these old motels that are advertised as "Inns"
