Room was very clean. The love seat was not very clean and you sank to the floor when you sat in it. This could be replaced for sure. Kitchenette was well stocked. Check in was easy and the juice and water was nice after a day of travel. Staff were informative and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Check in staff was good if not a little over the top smarmy but good, had trouble with me not having a physical credit card but whatever it was ok. The only major complaint I had was the room was so hot. The AC doesn't work when it's cold outside so it was just a stifling night. I had to open both windows and I had to chain the front door open and stuff a towel in the door to be even remotely cool. I wasn't very happy with it at all. I'm pretty easy to please and that really sucked. The pool area is fantastic, hotel is clean staff is average.

We stay at Jasper quite a bit and each time we stay there we trying to stay at a different property and you've noticed that Jasper has increased in price approximately 18 to 21% year over year and we now avoid any property owned by The pursuit group given that they are the ones that typically drive up the prices. Overall this property is in good condition it is reasonably clean the pool and hot tub areas are excellent there is only one on site restaurant per se and all of the restaurants are typically down town area. The staff is good they are very courteous and friendly. Unrealistically everyone goes to Jasper for the surrounding areas as do we so you're really looking for just a home base. Thermostat in quite small too I would suggest queen or double beds not much room for anything else and a two-piece washroom. It was busy with workers there who are helping to rebuild Jasper and we're grateful for that it does tend to be a little bit noisier now for that reason but these are some of the pros and cons you have to weigh before you come here Jasper is in a state of rebuild so that's one of the things that you'll have to understand about it. I know time did we ever feel unsafe at the property nor walking around Josh was a very friendly safe town. Like most properties in Jasper this one is no exception they've been here a long time there hasn't been a ton of upgrades they're definitely showing their age.
