Did not use the hot tub or pool, although that looked fine. The building is old and a lot of noise is transferred from other rooms. However the electrical and convenience features are modern and have been well maintained.

Room was very clean. The love seat was not very clean and you sank to the floor when you sat in it. This could be replaced for sure. Kitchenette was well stocked. Check in was easy and the juice and water was nice after a day of travel. Staff were informative and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Check in staff was good if not a little over the top smarmy but good, had trouble with me not having a physical credit card but whatever it was ok. The only major complaint I had was the room was so hot. The AC doesn't work when it's cold outside so it was just a stifling night. I had to open both windows and I had to chain the front door open and stuff a towel in the door to be even remotely cool. I wasn't very happy with it at all. I'm pretty easy to please and that really sucked. The pool area is fantastic, hotel is clean staff is average.
