Poor customer service with unfriendly employees. There was a cockroach in our room. Lack of enough soup and shampoo in the bathroom. The rooftop hot tub was closed.

Two choices for dining. Comfy bed. Was.expecting to park our car at the Inn but no parking onsite. Ended up parking 2 blocks away and didnt feel right leaving the car overnight althougn untouched when we returned the next morning.

Very conveniently located, clean and good for overnight stay but not for longer as there is not even a microwave to warm food. Solely dependent on nearby restaurants which offer good options but quite expensive. Cassios restaurant is very good with warm and nice staff and delicious options though on the expensive end.

The frontdesk lady made a mistake - confused us with another guest. When we check-in, she kept asking to show credit card when reservation made, we tried to explain that this stay is prepaid and we do not know about the credit card she was referring to.
