The hotel excelled in everything. However, management should note that their clients come from all over the world. They need to ensure that the hotel provides electric plugs compatible with various types of phone chargers, not just those used in the Middle East.

Hello, I booked a room in an Adagio aparthotel in Jeddah, Saudi. The hotel claim that it has nonsmoking floors. Unfortunately, the the rooms had strong smoking smell and were filthy. We could not stay for the night. Please arrange for a refund

The room was decent but none of the facilities listed: pool, spa, fitness center, or even massages are able to be used by women. This was not noted anywhere when I booked and I wouldn't have booked if this was stated. Also be very careful at the pool, the hotel doesn't employ any lifeguards and children are not supervised while at the pool.

location is excellent the daily cleaning was very very poor sometimes evan some garbage bins were not emptied the sofas were poorly maintained with many stains on it i also asked for extra clothes hangers as it only had 4 for a two bedroom appartment and they replied we donot have any more so i ended up buying 2 dozen and left them in the cabinets

If you planning a long stay, you have better options in Jeddah. Location and facilities are very good, but you have to compromise when it gets to food. Breakfast and in-room food quality is where the hotel has huge room for improvement.
