The staff need to learn hospitality! They miss even the basics. The room left without cleaning for 4 days They provide only 1 towel a day The receptionists and other staff members have no idea about communication and customer experience.

Be advised that despite the number of people booked for a room, one will still need to request extra towels. They don’t seem to have enough. Wait at the front desk until a towel is given and don’t wait for them to deliver to your room. Otherwise a very comfortable and clean hotel.

Carawan was clean and the receptionists were friendly and professional, making it a pleasant 2-day stay. However, I had booked 3 nights through Expedia but had to leave early due to an emergency. Despite paying in cash and being eligible for a refund, the hotel refused to process it without an email from Expedia. After Expedia confirmed they had sent the email, Carawan still declined the refund, which was quite disappointing.
