I choose breakfast packag but there you should pay
Very bad deal as per reservation breakfast include but they informed my guest to pay SAR 35.00 for breakfast and parking area very bad underground in the building and very difficult to check out from morning time

رسالة عتاب ومطالبة بإعادة المبلغ المستقطع
السادة الكرام العاملين في Hotels.com. المحترمين تحية طيبة وبعد هذا ليس تقييم للفندق حيث اني لم اقم فيه انما رسالة عتاب تم عمل هذا الحجز عن طريق موقعكم حيث ظهر في الموقع انه متاح وعند الحضور الى الفندق لم يكن متاح بل قال لي الموظف في الاستقبال بأنه لا توجد امكانية ابداً ولا يوجد حجز ولم اقم في الفندق حتى اقيمه لذا يرجى اعادة المبلغ للبطاقة الإئتمانية اللتي تم استقطاع المبلغ منها لأني لم استطع التوصل الى ايميل الشكاوى الخاص بكم وشكراً .
