Overall, my whole experience was very good throughout my stay

Hassan Family had a wonderful lovely stay in the Makarem hotel. The location is literally across the road from Haram Mosque, the rooms are lovely Spacious and very clean. The staff from reception to cleaning staff could not be more helpful. Every staff member was polite and very helpful they can speak very good English and Urdu. We are now in Madina they do have another hotel in Madina which I did not know about if I did I would've booked same hotel.. Thankyou to all the staff at Makaremfir a lovely stay insha Allah we will see you soon..

Overall, we had a very good stay at Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah, with some real highlights. The biggest advantage is the location. The hotel takes you straight to Gate 79 of Masjid al-Haram, making it ideal for anyone performing Umrah. After long prayers, the short walk back is a huge benefit. The breakfast was outstanding - easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had, with an excellent variety and quality. Having Al Romansiah in the same building is very convenient, and there's also a food court next door with plenty of options, although it can get very busy. Our room was spacious and comfortable. A special thank you to the housekeeping gentleman from Bangladesh who looked after our room on Floor 1 every day. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he did an excellent job and kept the room spotless throughout our stay. The only disappointment was the reception staff. We booked a partial Haram view room based on the Hotels.com photos. While we did receive a partial view, the room was much darker than expected with only one corner window and looked very different from the bright room shown online. We understand the exact room can't be guaranteed in such a large hotel, but we asked to change rooms and were promised one on our second day. Unfortunately, nothing came of it, and there was no follow-up. Despite this, I'd still recommend the hotel for its excellent location, superb breakfast, spacious rooms, and outstanding housekeeping.

Our room was very clean, the front desk staff was excellent, and the breakfast offered an amazing variety of choices. The breakfast team was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the manager, Hamza, and Abdul Rahman, who provided outstanding service and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
