Staff was great. The pool and workout room was unavailable due to maintenance on a major holiday weekend but was no big deal to us as we did arrive later than we anticipated.
The pool was closed I was informed after check in and was told I couldn’t cancel due to booking on hotels.com. I then asked to be discounted since I couldn’t cancel. I took a trip to visit family and promised small children a pool that wasn’t available which ended in a lot of stress and confusion.
Need a rating above excellent for the staff and service. Great breakfast. Every staff member we met was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and carefree. Looking forward to seeing them again.
We have stayed at this property for years and we noticed it was really going downhill when we just stayed. Everything was wonderful very clean and up kept. So glad.
