Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Corydon by IHG was for leisure. The hotel was accommodating, and staff were all so nice! The room and breakfast area were clean and well organized. The only drawback would be the pool/spa area. While very clean and warm, the Clorine level was so high that it burned our eyes (we didn't even go underwater...), and we had to leave the pool area after maybe 10 minutes. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I would stay here again.

This hotel was really quiet. The rooms seemed to be very soundproof from the other rooms. I didn't hear hair dryers or people in the shower like I do at times in other hotels.

Not a good experience at all. The bed was not comfortable, several of the USB charging ports didn't work, but the biggest issue was discovering there was no coffee pot in the room. I went to the front desk and the gentleman said the owner had removed them from all of the rooms to save money. I reminded him that the room description included coffe pots in the rooms. On check out, i mentioned it again to a different staffer who told me the coffee pots were being kept behind the front desk for guests to use. I let her know that option was not offered to us when we checked in.
