Could be great....

Our first room had a broken door lock, but the staff quickly got us into another room, which was bigger. However, there were no towels or wash cloths in the bathroom, the toilet paper was almost gone, and the floor has not been swept or mopped. There were crumbs and a French fry in the floor. On the plus side, the sheets were clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff was super friendly. I just wish our second room had been fully cleaned.

We have stayed at many hotels. The staff is usually "nice". But these employees were better than nice. The hotel looks brand new. It is smaller than the Hampton Inn, which is across from it. The smaller size made it easier to navigate and interact with other customers. The visitors came from Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, California, Indiana, and Illinois.

This hotel was nice in the inside and outside. Also clean room and nice staff. Small town but a lot of cool things in the area and it’s close to downtown Louisville and the casino. I’ll definitely come back again.

Hotel was nice but we booked it because they had a pool we check in they tell us it’s open until 10. Well sign said closed so asked them and they said they shocked it and it’s closed for the rest of the day .. that was the hole point of coming here !!!!
