Hotel is very outdated and not kept up very well. Family of 4 checked in with 2 small towels and 1 washcloth. Took over 3 hrs to get 2 more towels.

Don’t stay here!

Asked for towels and never got them, no shower curtain and had to run down a housekeeper and beg for one. They advertise a full breakfast buffet, NO BREAKFAST BUFFET! Said they had no eggs! Bathroom sink leaked and ran all over bathroom floor, curtains at the window had holes in them. Will never stay there again. Train wreck of a place!

Room was decently clean besides the room having a terrible mold or mildew old smell, and they said they didn’t have any air freshener. We only stayed for one night and every hour after 9 AM the housekeeping knocked and woke us up multiple times not knowing we were checking out in a few hours.

There is nothing positive I can say about the Raddison Hotel. Facilities were not up to code, the walls were leaking water and ceiling, the carpets were soaked in some areas of the room. No hot water, the TV remote was broken and they would not give us appropriate bath towels or blankets! The hotel is outdated, and all the smoke detectors are painted over , there was a heat light in the bathroom that would not turn off and got extremely hot and could have caused a fire!!!! This hotel should not be on Expedia most reviews eluded to it being better than it actually was!!!! Do NOT stay at this establishment. I want my money and points back!!! If you don’t get legionnaires disease the toxic mold will kill you!!!

Never Again!

The photos on the site are nothing like what is in person! We had the king suite and it was extremely outdated and gross! There were cigarettes burns all over the bathroom and the bathtub needs to be resurfaced. It is a hazard and was not clean. We arrived an hour after check in time to wait in a line that was wrapped around the lobby for an hour and yet, once we got to the front, our room still was not ready. The towels in the room were dinghy and thin. We opted not to use the shower as it looked like a health hazard. The pillows were thin, small and square.

This hotel was super outdated. Our room was gross. The curtains were stained, had holes and were disgusting. The lamp shade was stained all to pieces. The shower was peeling and dirty. There was not a single wash cloth in the room and only one towel. Went to the front desk to ask for wash cloths and was told house keeping would have to bring them, of course they never showed. After asking again they were still never brought to our room. The price was upped double due to it being valentine weekend and was not even worth close to that. I was extremely dissapointed. The pictures online are misleading.

Disappointment

The hotel was not at all what was advertised. The only thing that looked even close to the pictures online was the registration desk. But even that was a joke. The main lobby doors had water running out of the ceiling. We arrived and waited 20 minutes for check in. Had to go to “building I”. It was dirty, the floors were busted and cracked. The elevator was a true hazard with the ceiling tiles missing and open fair with 3” of dirt showing. The carpet had multiple areas of dirt in the hallways. Due to the farm expo in Louisville, we had no other option but to stay where we reserved. But given the choice again I would drive the 5 hours home rather than stay. I made reservations for 2 adults and 1 child. There were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths. No soap in the bathroom. My husband went to the desk and asked for towels and was told someone would bring some. They never came. Just overall very disappointed in the cleanliness, the maintenance of the facility, and horrible service.

Not worth it.

Beds were terrible. Room looked like had t been cleaned well. Carpet was soiled. Tv and phone didn’t work and no maintenance on property after 5pm and it has a large number of rooms. Heater was super noisy we had to turn it off to sleep. Customers who had stayed there in past were complaining. Would not stay again
