Hair al over the shower. Our room only had 2 towels for 4 people and when we tried to get more they told us all the towels were in the washer and wouldn’t be available till the afternoon. This was an ongoing thing over the course of 4 days for multiple families in the hotel that were staying there with us.

Cheapest in the area, carpet had tears in the room, carpet wasn’t clean, the room didn’t feel clean, the shower had very low pressure, the pool closed at 10:00 and wouldn’t let my kids in at 9:30 and closed the pool early, hallways weren’t clean, it was like a maze to get to the elevator to go to our room, staff was ok but not friendly. It did its job but I won’t stay here again. We stayed here about 4 years ago and it didn’t seem this bad; I should’ve trusted the other reviews.

Wow, and not in a good way

We arrived and they say you can pay when you leave but as soon as you check in they put a hold on your card for the amount and 100 more for incidentals. There were constantly no towels for your room or the pool. Called front desk multiple times with no answer. Some of the desk clerks were rude and non informational. Are room didnt get cleaned for 2 days , we had to ask twice .i dont understand wristbands in the pool when they get wet they come off , so there laying every where. A trash can would remedy this. Had to spend the last day listening to a room full of boys slam the doors for 3 hours. And they were 4 doors down . Wes the pool man was the most pleasant employee there, and the manager was helpful too. Would not recommend

The pool area was nice but very loud. It needed some tables and chairs for people to sit and watch their kids. Lobby is gorgeous. Not sure what was going on this weekend. A lot of groups of kids walking around. Hotel is right off the interstate. Huge parking lot. Our first room smelled like smoke but they changed us to a different room no problem. I think they are trying to improve the property.

Nice set up but poor performance

I reported being locked out of my room on multiple occasions, yet no one arrived to let me in or resolve the issue. To avoid being locked out again, I had to ensure someone was present in the room to grant me reentry due to the malfunctioning key card pad. We also lacked washcloths and extra blankets, and upon requesting them, we were informed that they were unavailable. Although the hotel was extremely busy, their rates were excessive considering the subpar services provided over the weekend.

Very run down property. Had to move rooms because the first room the bathroom tub and shower were falling apart with cracks in the walls and tub was falling apart. Moved us to a second room and in the bathroom the ceiling panels were falling down onto the floor whenever the door closed. Trash in the hallways and just overall not very clean.

First room door did not lock- even with deadbolt- was moved to another room on 2nd floor, window was wide open when we arrived- room wreaked of pot as did the hallway- moved to another room sheets smelled unclean, red stains on towels, would not give us more than 2 towels even though we had 4 people in room would not give us a blanket for the pull out couch bed- horrible customer service- witnessed them rude to another customer who went to their room and another person was already booked in there- super unprofessional and unsafe.

Clean hotel, Great staff!

Front Desk Staff was very professional & to be commended! - I observed a couple of guests checking in around the same time as me who were being very rude & extremely belittling over an honest mistake/miscommunication. The individuals working the desk were apologetic about the mistake & were very patient with guests who I felt were being exceptionally & unnecessarily mean. I have worked in customer service as a manager & if I were in the situation I observed, asking the guests to stay elsewhere would have been more than warranted, in my opinion. - As for the hotel, it was clean & comfortable. It’s just old. - I have stayed here 15-20 times & the building needs a facelift. Elevators are old & the parking lot lighting isn’t great. But, as far as what can be controlled by the staff, it’s one of my favorite hotels. - I do wish the bar served food until 10:00 or 11:00. I had officiated a volleyball tournament for 12 hours Saturday & got to the bar at 9:30 PM, only to be told the kitchen was closed. Had to go elsewhere to eat instead of enjoying the convenience of eating at the hotel.

Roach Motel

This place was the worst. There are 3 wings inside this hotel and i am sure they only have one housekeeper. The maintenance man is in a wheelchair. During our stay he was going up to the 9th floor to kill wasps that had gotten in a room. The widows slide open and there arent any screens so please dont jump. They advertise jetted tubs.. yeah right! You would have to fart to get bubbles in those tubs. All of the ceilings are leaking somewhere. They havent dusted in centuries, the sinks overflow holes are blacker than black. Tiny small bugs were on the ceiling. When I showed the "management" staff pictures of the bugs they told me, " those aren't bugs.. we checked in at 515pm they changed our room twice within the hour and to no avail, the rooms were all eqaully terrible. They wouldn't refund my money either. This place should be condemned. Oh and the mini complimentary toiletries were used. Absolutely disgusting. Theyd better be glad its not allowing me tonupload the photos.

Rooms are outdated. Ceiling tiles broken or missing. Water leaking from bathroom above. Carpeted floors were outdated and a bit stained. Outside doors were not all usable. Automated voice over loudspeaker every 5 minutes stating that this is private property and trespassers need to provide password. Very loud and right by rooms. Out of kleenex in room. No chair in room for desk. No decaf coffee. Slot filled with all regular. Hit or miss if the ice maker worked on your floor.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever walked into. I left as soon as I was able to get a room at a different hotel. Did not open my suitcase or sit down in my room. The place was repulsive.
