They Don't Return $100 deposit-Keep your Receipts

They do Not return the $100 deposit - and I am the only one who stayed. I am Very clean - even put my 2 dirty towels in bathtub and bagged up a very small garage can. I am a frequent traveler - diamond & platinum in various hotel programs - but I am frustrated by their inability/refusal to do a simple task as they promised. I have contacted them several times - as it has been a month - and after promises it would be-i get nothing - not a peep - complete silence. Keep your contact responses from them - you will need for Credit Card Dispute. Breakfast - was horrible. Don't go to Cracker Barrel - read reviews if Restaurants and Hotels in Area. Go to Louisville or Jeffersonville.

There was 2 things i didn't like. The smell in the elevator was awful and the breakfast was not that good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. So overall i would give it a 8.

They DON'T RETURN DAMAGE DEPOSIT AS PROMISED &

They do NOT RETURN DAMAGE DEPOSIT $100 within promised 3 to 5 business days - it has Now been 9 business days - i think they believe I will donate it to the . KEEP ALL YOUR EMAILS WHERE THEY PROMISE TO RETURN - YOU WILL NEED FOR CREDIT CARD DISPUTE. I am a frequent traveler (i FULLY UNDERSTAND DEPOSITS)- just back from Paris/Nice and I can say they just don't want to honor their promises. Breakfast is NOT full breakfast -a few sausages/scrambled eggs.. some leftover apples and stale bread. Only plain yogurt The lady doing breakfast was doing her best. Don't go to Cracker Barrel - read rheir reviews - actually ANY Reviews of restaurants in Sellersburg. My family who lives close told me ALL PLACES HERE have bad reputations. Oh the woman running over a huge boulder at Dairy Queen - was something else. Read DQs reviewa also👿..oh no stores..etc here alsoLeae I would HIGHLY..VERY HIGHLY you go on down to Jeffersonville Learned my Lesson - as a Frequent traveler - I can't recommend any place here. I hope you gain from my experience Ps.they don't need to respond with more untruths - I keep All emails as proof don't call - get it in writing

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We rang the bell and waited about 5–7 minutes, but no one appeared. After ringing the bell again and waiting another five minutes, someone finally came out. Instead of a greeting or an apology, he greeted us with a sarcastic, “If you wait, someone will eventually come out.” There was no “Sorry for the wait” or “Welcome to the Ramada”—just immediate rudeness. Throughout the check-in process, he continued to be unprofessional and disrespectful. It was incredibly disappointing, especially considering we never once complained about the wait.

This was the best experience I've had at any local hotels in the southern Indiana area! The property and room were clean and well maintained. The other people staying were polite, and the staff were friendly and helpful! I'd stay here again and again, and definitely recommend it to family and friends!
