Apartment was fully equipped, spacious and absolutely perfect! The staff is pleasant, apartment was wonderful and clean. We had a washing machine in our suite which was a great surprise. One note, the area gets dark fairly early and made it difficult to locate in the dark.

2층 독채로 공간 분리, 넓은 공용거실, 세탁실 제공, 별도 수영장과 공용 수영장 모두 커서 놀기 좋았고 전반적으로 호텔에선 아쉬웠던 점들을 보완한 대가족이 머물기 정말 좋은 리조트였음. 또한 리조트에서 바로 성산일출봉 및 해변이 가까워 좋았음. 다만 욕실 샤워기가 잘 고정되지 않았고 비누 트레이와 같은 작은 부분들이 미제공되며 욕실에서 냄새가 살짝 올라와서 아쉬었고 부엌 조리공간이 좀 작았지만 제공되는 식기류들은 적당해서 좋았음

전체적으로 조용하고 거의 대부분 만족했습니다. 특히 아침에 일어나서 뜨거운 물 받아서 동백꽃 보면서 몸담그고 있으면 너무 좋더라구요. 그런데 딱 한가지, 침실에 곰팡이가 너무 심했어요. 일부는 벽지를 덧발라서 가리셨던데 방에 들어가면 곰팡이 냄새가 나고 목이 칼칼해져서 숙박하는 내내 소파에서 잤어요. 여름에 습한 제주도라 곰팡이가 쉽게 생기겠지만 전체적으로 제거하고 도배를 새로 하셔야할 것 같아요.

호텔 프론트, 매점 직원분들 모두 친절하시고 긍정적이신게 느껴졌어요. 덕분에 기분이 좋았습니다! 숙소 시설은 일부 낡은 가구들도 있었지만, 깔끔하고 잘 정돈되어 있어서 불편하지 않았어요. 늦은 저녁에 체크인 했음에도 쾌적하게 느껴졌습니다. 개인 스파 시설이 있는 점이 정말 마음에 들었고, 작은 정원도 있어서 좋았어요. 아침에 편안하게 커피 한잔 하기 딱 좋은 정원이에요. 거실과 화장실도 넓고, 부족함이 없었습니다. 주변이 거의 밭이라 차가 없다면 교통편은 불편하게 느껴질 수 있습니다. 하지만 그 만큼 외부 소음으로부터 멀어질 수 있는 점은 장점으로 느껴져요. 8월 말 방문 시 풀벌레 소리가 정말 좋았네요. 숙소가 너무 마음에 들어서 떠나기 정말 아쉬웠어요. 숙소에 충전기 하나를 두고 체크아웃 했는데, 감사하게도 직원분이 연락을 주셨습니다. 여러 곳 숙소 이용 해 보았지만, 이렇게 꼼꼼하고 친절하게 살펴주시는 곳은 정말 드물어요. 숙소의 좋은 인상에는 직원분들의 친절도 한 몫 했다고 생각해요~
