Take note on the valet service, as it's only for small compact cars. Parking is available at the front porch but it's first come first serve basis. What became annoying was when they reserve it for special guests when lots are already limited.

I'm from Taiwan. I stay in Jeju for a week. On my first day, I left my bag in the taxi then the reception girl was so friendly and patient, she tried to contact the driver many times; eventually I got my bag back, thank you 😊 I felt grateful and had the best experience when I live there.
Service not good cz when I show them my reservation booking from my phone but they said I canceled but i doesn’t and they check again and said sorry was a mistake also the AC so hot and view so bad
3 standout things. 1) the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. 2) the architecture of the resort is gorgeous and truly unique. 3) the food on premises is outstanding.
Good location, Nice facilities with bad cleanlines
The location was nice closed to yeong-dong and jeju airport. Everything was fine except the cleanliness. We found a raisin on the carpet, some hairs in the shower room and a thing looks like artificial skin on the wall right after we entered the room.
Hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Easy access to convenient stores and front desk was super helpful and friendly

The staff there could speak little to no English, and it seems like Chinese tourist dominates the hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy, convientent location. But alll of the taxi drivers I had encountered didn't know the location of this hotel, and had to gps for 10mins, so the address and direction wasn't clear. I needed a taxi to the airport at 6pm and had confirmed the time with the front desk beforehand. But by the time I went to the front desk, the staff told me the taxi company wasn't taking any order anymore, and I would have to take the bus to the airport instead. The staff just pointed me to the bus stop without any further assistance.
