I enjoyed my stay with lotte hotels at jeju island. It was about a 30 walk to the airport and a short bus ride from the airport. Checking in was very easy and the view was nice from the top floors. I would stay here again.

Easy to get to from the airport (10 mins bus ride). The staff were friendly and really helpful. The room is a little dated but the bathroom is lovely. I paid to use the pool and sauna, which is well worth it. Would happily stay here again.

No facility for making coffee. Had to go out to buy coffee every morning. Not enough storage space for our clothing or hangers. Had to request a couple of hangers. The housecleaning were very good and everything was clean in the room. The best part of our stay was the dining facility on the 22nd floor. Very good breakfast for what we paid. Good value, economic for the week's stay.

Initially, I booked three nights and then changed the reservation to four. I had a confirmation from Hotels.com at Room Price ₩874,665 for four nights, ₩198,788 avg./night. 9/12/2024 ₩167,400; 9/13/2024 ₩181,350; 9/14/2024 ₩223,200; 9/15/2024 ₩223,200; Taxes ₩79,515. When I arrived on the 12th, the hotel had a three-night reservation and asked that I make a reservation on my phone for the fourth night while standing at the reception desk. The hotel also informed me that the rate was ₩236,200/night x 4 nights. I refused to pay that amount and asked to see the manager. Ultimately, the hotel honored the Hotels.com rate only because I had a Korean friend who could talk to them in Korean. Breakfast was from 7 to 10 a.m. When I arrived at 9:30 a.m. on the first day, the hostess checked the time on her watch instead of greeting me as if to indicate I was late. I found her behavior inappropriate, but similar behavior was exhibited every morning at breakfast during my stay.

Carpet was stained, ac wasn’t working well, there was lingering smell like dirty rag and cleaner in the hallways, people snorkeling in a three foot pool and very crowded. The bed was like cardboard. The breakfast buffet staff were hovering and very rude. The “ocean view”was laughable. It’s a view of the airport and a tiny sliver of ocean in the distance.
