We booked in for view tower resort but was given to stay at Miracle Hotel unexpectedly which was the hotel next door. No bath towels were given except 2 hand towels. We were not able to communicate cos they couldnโ€™t speak English. There was no one in the Miracle Hotel and we have to cross over to the View Tower to call someone to serve us.

The Annex building doesn't have proper reception. We went to the main building to ask about checking-in. The staff is very friendly and he is expecting us to come, so the check-in service is quick. It's good that the staff can communicate in English. However, there's no house-keeping during our stay and they don't provide bath towel until we asked for it.
