They said they spoke languages - not a word of English. They claimed rooms were soundproofed but we could hear next door until 4am in the morning talking, laughing and moving around. Pillows were awful and bed uncomfortable. Breakfast lasts 1 hour effectively but not worth it. Really disappointing

Our room was ondle room. I didnt know that, so futon was very thin, My body got very hurts. Its so sad.

Need to purchase own cooking utensils and garabages bags, if you want to utilize the kitchen. Do reach out if you need towels or else they'll tell you to throw away garabages yourself.

Loads of people waiting to check in, rooms ready but no you must wait until check in time. They spent money on lobby but rooms dated and tired, hair on floor and room smells, towels are only hand towels (NO bath towels), near airport but nothing else. Airport shuttle useless for morning flights as only begins at 0630. Would not stay again here as overpriced compared to all other hotels we stayed at in Jeju.

This place is excellent and convenient location. Private pool and bathroom are sparking clean.
