we stayed 3N in the DELUXE room which is the corner unit, very spacious with large bathroom with windows to the outside, not the usual dark hole that most hotel bathrooms do. There's a Sky Bar so if the evening weather is pleasant, it would be lovely to enjoy a drink there. The little restaurant on the ground floor is busy at dinner time. No breakfast or lunch, which is sensible of the management because I can't think why anyone would want meals during the day with the HUGE VARIETY available outside. Staff are responsive to assist. Location - I really couldn't ask for a better place. Food variety is endless, walk around exploring is so visually exciting. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was good as was the afternoon tea. This was a great location we were able to hop onto the CAT easily, dining options were nearby as well the Komtar was close. We were able to get laundry done and the staff were helpful.

Clean and comfortable

Prestige Hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The manager even came outside to personally welcome us and thank us for choosing to stay there, which made us feel truly valued. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the gentlemen working during breakfast service provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made every morning enjoyable. I felt so comfortable throughout our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. I would absolutely recommend Prestige Hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay. 10/10 !

Location isnt great for travelers - it's far from many of the sites. The hotel itself is quite loud, I could have sworn windows were open in our unit but they weren't. There were no hand towels in the unit for the bathroom. The bed was quite firm. Few plug-ins in the room, which meant unplugging the bedside lamp to charge phones. No safe in the room. The door didn't shut properly, meaning we had to ensure it was closed each time we entered or left. Staff were lovely. The pool has an incredible view; however, there were several toddlers in the pool with diapers (not swim diapers), which make me question the cleanliness of the water. Overall, for the price it wasn't bad but I would not recommend this property.

Staff made us feel right at home, the neighbourhood was ideal for walking around, and the room exceeded our expectations.
