Cute little cottage overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed our stay from the moment we were greeted by the friendly and hospitable front desk agent. Our room was comfortable. A sliding glass door opened to a small patio with chairs and ocean view. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large with a huge, deep tub. There were eating utensils, had we wanted to enjoy a snack on the patio. There was also a spa area - also with ocean view. There was a Cafe across the highway which, until we ate most of them, had chocolate chip cookies which would have made Cookie Monster proud. They also offered good sandwiches and a simple breakfast.

Staff is super friendly. It's a charming rustic place. Room was clean and kitchenette is well stocked with coffees/teas. Robes and towels were fluffy. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was relaxing after a long day on the road and hiking. The setting is very peaceful and quiet. The view is great from the patio. The only slight less great thing was the room we were in had a skylight and it gets bright very earlier. It might be a good idea to bring a sleep mask. There is no food onsite but the fort ross store across the street has great sandwiches/breakfast and coffee.
