Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was definitely value in our stay given the low cost of $44. The bedroom (Room 136) was big with new tile throughout. The bathroom revealed the property's age with the finishing work not up to par e.g. door frame didn't reach the floor, the incomplete finish showed concrete or something, a lot of grout or filler on the other sideeant the door frameet the floor . The toilet roll holder came away from the wall with just a little pressure pulling the TP. The bahroom is very small, partly because space for the sink Sat outside of where the toilet and tub were. If the price was closer to the going rate of $100, I would have been very dissatisfied.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Facility is dated, but clean. Beds are comfy. Showers are equipped with shampoo and conditioner dispensers like those seen in more upscale hotels. Coffee in lobby is excellent.

I called ahead to let them know we would be arriving after midnight. They didn’t even ask my name, but said they had the TV and AC on in my room and it was all ready for me. Upon arriving, neither the TV nor the AC were on. The AC wasn’t working properly and it was hot all night in my room. The room was not very clean and I didn’t feel comfortable using the shower. And there was no chain or deadbolt lock on the door, which made me feel unsafe. Thankfully I was only staying overnight. Would not stay here again.
