The stay is great it just I'm not getting any different discounts through hotels.co. even though I have moved up to gold tier there hasn't been any difference in pricing or anything like perks. I can actually book the same room for cheaper without being a vip member or anything through other platforms and I have booked through hotels com for a month and a half already

Just off the beaten path
Just if the beaten path of the village of Jensen Beach this property was ideally located. The communication with the River watch staff was fantastic! The apartment was just the right size for my family if there. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. The only downside was that there were a lot of other guests/residents that smoked cigarettes and weed, and the smell of that came right through into our apartment and it was pretty gross and aggravated my daughter's asthma. So the only thing that could make that better is if it was a non smoking property.

This place at first sight was ok. We had reserved for all our stay of 12 days. After second night, in living room, we saw a ''rat'' circulating furtively in the piece. We couldn't believe what we just saw. We had a second look at the closet and see it escaping in the closet where water heater was installed and other devices. We ask for another room but were said no other room available. We where asked to verify the days after. We could not sleep there one more night. We packed and left in the evening. This disrupted and affected majorly our stay in Florida. Since there was no room available we asked for refund but were answered that no refund were going to be perform. Fortunately Hotel.com refund us and we were able to setup another stay elsewhere.

Just perfect for those on a quick trip and budget minded. Great restaurant/bars within short driving distance. Front door could use some attention as it is not sealed and you can hear all the noise.

Great value. A few things need perfecting but for the price, can't really complain too much. Lighting indoors could be harsh on the eyes. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. But in general, the property is very well-kept and pleasant. Regular, everyday folk live here, in some of the units and this can be refreshing. .

Nice location but…
Decent location but needs modernization. Once you book you get what you get irregardless of length of stay. Just be aware of the fact that they are not a hotel and don’t provide services like a hotel, which you won’t find out until after you book or need something like towels. Also. if you have a maintenance request it may or may not get handled because even if they respond it is not necessarily from someone at the property. If you are staying longer than a week you will need to bring more essentials than they provide and make sure you have quarters for the laundry machines if you need to wash your clothes.

There were both strong positives and strong negatives for this property. Most notable: my booking was specifically for the first floor apartment, since my foot is broken. They changed my booking for a room on the second floor, which is sold at a cheaper rate. And refused to refund the difference. Which even Expedia thought was ridiculous so Expedia refunded me directly. When I arrived on Saturday, there seemed to be no hot water. Neither I or Expedia could reach anyone until Monday. Turns out there was hot water. But installed backwards, so cold was hot and hot was cold. Woke up at 3 AM to a cockroach or palmetto bug crawling on my hand. Shower door installed unevenly so the glass sliding door would insist on opening while in use. Prior tenants porn history was visible with cover images when turning the TV on. Positives: Nice appliances and furnishings. Safe area. Clean room and grounds. The people on site were nice. Air conditioning worked well. Pest Control arrived same day I complained about the Roach. If I hadn’t of been screwed over on my room booking, my rating would have been better. But to very blatantly change my room to a cheaper room and refused to pay the difference. It’s just ridiculous.

RiverWatch Apartments
What a lovely place. We evacuated from the west coast to the east coast to get away from Hurricane Milton and this place was really nice and friendly, Clean, Quiet and we had a enjoying stay. I would recommend this for anyone that wants a nice clean place to getaway for a day or week.

All is well at The Riverwatch
The place was over the top clean. Pool water was pristine. On site management (Susie) could not do enough in a special circumstance that required quick attention.
