This has got to be one of the worst rooms that I have ever stayed in. First, the lady at the desk was very rude. She spoke no English or French or German but still insisted on shouting in Spanish although I told her that I didn't understand. The main complaint however was how filthy the room was. Dirty and greasy. How the cleaning lady kept her job is a mystery. The walls were stained as well. The room was falling apart. AC worked but the cover was missing and it blew bits of black debris all over the floor. There may be some nice rooms but I wouldn't bet on it. Besides, do you want to take a chance?? Stayed in room 10, by the way.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
loved the old traditional character of the property; it’s central location; the lovely, friendly staff on the front desk. Excellent value for money!
Jerez is a great city to visit. Unfortunately this hotel was a little tired and could do with an overdue makeover. The room was small, bathroom had seen better days. Expensive for what it was. Friendly staff is the saving grace.
Historic Building and Location, absolutely beautiful and truly covenient, free 24hr parking (but) only on Saturday Nights and all day Sundays. Very helpful at 24hr reception which is a big plus throughout
Al-Andaluz. If you rent a car, watch out for SUPER NARROW STREETS and possible scratches to the vehicle. Always carry GPS.

Central old style Spanish on street hotel
A very pleasant old style Spanish hotel with about 30 rooms. Some big pictures and murals added to the sense of being in wonderful Jerez. Very near to a couple of excellent sherry bodegas and the shopping centre.
Breakfast was simple with good coffee for 4 euros. This was welcome as the rooms don’t have drinks facilities. Two inner courtyards, one open and the other with a glass rooof provided excellent common areas to relax. Attentive and informed pleasant service. Very good for the price.
Was able to check in early. Staff was very helpful with points of interest and directions. Hotel very quaint and centrally located. Wold stay there again.
Only booked for one night as a stopover to see the city. A very traditional Hotel clean and tidy with very helpful staff. One of two couples who stayed.so our friends also enjoyed the visit. There view was that it was a hotel that they would normally book but were glad I had.

Disliked: Room comfort
I think 3.5 stars is very much over rated! Try a 2* and you may be close.
Beautiful inside court surrounded by rather small rooms. Arabic romantic atmosphere with flowers and decorative walls. Downside was lack of any breakfast possibility. Good money value in the cat two star hotel. Location very good to walk to down town and cafes and bars near by. Thanks!
La situación excelente , la habitación muy bonita con el balcón con reja antigua.
el aire acondicionado no caldeaba bien la habitación , la calle bastante ruidosa un patio muy bonito en general calidad precio muy bien
