This isn't just the best hotel in or near Fortaleza, this is one the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The staff are everywhere catering to your every need, they are always cleaning and dusting and making the place perfect. A lot of them reminded me of late 90's early 2000's Disney staff. The kind that wouldn't just kiss your butt, but they'd wipe it for you too. The grounds are immaculate, the pool refreshing, the amenities incredible. The little details are where this place shines. To someone with the eye for perfection, they have just about mastered the little things. Make sure you check-in outside. Where else can you do that? I don't know what constitutes a 5 star hotel, but this place is damn close. Totally worth the 6.5 hour flight from Miami. Plus! You can't beat that exchange rate! It's like everything is 80% off! Nitpicks: 1. Service at the restaurant always seemed a bit slow. I like having some water immediately and then a drink before we talk about food. 2. The pool bar and dining room desperately needed some of that music that was playing elsewhere around the pool. There were speakers just none of them on. 3. Not many staff speak English. This is a ridiculous nitpick as this is Brazil not America, but it is worth pointing out to anyone traveling here. Portuguese is very difficult to learn. Knowing some Spanish helps. 4. Rocky beach/ocean for those that like ocean swimming be careful We will be back, and soon!

Room had bugs and the sheets had weird black spots on them, even when the room was serviced. The pool area is nice and its good that each breakfast has something a little new. Staff are friendly

O hotel é legal, a área da piscina, proximidade da praia. Nosso apartamento tinha muito barulho bem cedo e bem tarde devido a proximidade com o restaurante e o fato de estar no térreo. A propriedade precisa de manutenção. As portas estavam bem deterioradas e nosso box vazava muito também. O espaço dos quartos é bem pequeno. No café da manhã, há bastante opções porém um pouco desorganizado. Na recepção faltou informações, deixar claro o que estava incluso em nossa diária, onde pegar a van para o parque, onde pegar para voltar. O atendimento para marcação das refeições pelo WhatsApp é confuso pois fornece informações contraditórias. A piscina é uma delícia, tem salva vidas observando o tempo todo, o clima maravilhoso, o suporte para a volta da praia excelente.

Nos hospedamos nesse hotel pela segunda vez e novamente nos atendeu muito bem. Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos, a equipe é bem preparada. A localização é excelente! Resumindo, o estabelecimento possui um ótimo custo-benefício para quem deseja ficar próximo ao Beach Park.

Everything about La Villa is relaxing and beautiful. The rooms are clean. The staff is excellent , very helpful and nice. The food is very good at the restaurant. The Villa is 5 mins or less from the beach and village. I hope to go again and stay longer next time. The ambiance here is pure relaxation
