The staff were very helpful & friendly, the breakfast had a very good choice of hot and cold food. The public area was modern but welcoming. The bedroom was plainly laid out, very clean with a safe box, good size wardrobe, desk, bedside tables and a small fridge. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by and only a 3 minute walk to a beautiful stretch of beach

The hotel is clean and the staff is really friendly, customer service is really good. Really understanding towards customers needs and requirements. They were respectful and helpful with everything. We travelled with our 3 year old toddler and they helped with every need possible.

A clean and modern hotel next to a busy, popular Piazza. Staff not over friendly at first but got better day by day. Nice to have a fridge and safe. Food was ok but quality cereal and tea would have been appreciated.

Not a 4* hotel

Positive: The hotel is located in the center of Lido di Jesolo in a very good place. There are beach chairs on the private beach. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is delicious. Negative: The pool is not rooftop, it is on the 1st floor. Our room was over the dishwashing place so we could hear all of the noises. Small rooms and there are no chairs. The refrigerator and the hair dryer is working very bad. There is no full-body mirror. The TV is small as an Ipad. They did not change the sheets on the bed during our stay (7 days). The parking place is not close to the hotel so you have to walk with your lugages. Our room has no balcony. Overall: The hotel would be very great if it was a 3* hotel. For a 4* hotel it is very poor. It doesnt worth that much money.

It's not 4 star hotel

I've spent two weeks in this hotel with my wife and 5 year old son. Personnel: + Very helpful Location: + in the heart of Lido di Jesolo walking area + a lot of restaurants around + 5 min walking distance from the beach - if you arrive by car: only 4 or 5 baggage drop parking places in the front of hotel. This area became prohibited for cars from 8pm (pedestrian only). - parking is from 10 min walking distance from hotel Breakfast: - Monotonous foodstuff every day without any diversity. Wifi: - very slow - It doesn't work very often during a day. Personnel recovers it during 15-30 min after call on the reception. Сleanness of the room: - Floor was not cleaned any time during our stay. Our foot soles became black immediately after shower...((( Terrace was never cleaned too. Air conditioner: - full of dust and you will breathe it (photo attached). - we had two level room. So, first level was cold enough but onto second level was too hot! - air conditioners in corridors was switched off. As result was very hot in corridors.

Initially the area is great. Room had double beds together. Asked to be moved to a single full or queen bed. Was moved to a handicapped room, Not very accommodating in my opinion. Initially heard the clerk say there were rooms available
