Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Common areas were very well decorated and clean, but the room itself was a bit dingy. Area is walkable, but must be cautious as you will walk on the road

Friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast buffet and the afternoon tea was good, a welcome supply during a typhoon day. Walking distance to nearby night market and a central hub for the Kaohsiung Metro.

This hotel looks small from outside and the lobby, but it has a lot to offer. Excellent location within a few minutes walk to Kaohsiung Station, Formosa blvd station, and Liuhe Night Mkt. We stayed 3 nights and was given free access to mid after snacks and drinks. We booked a spacious room and so glad we did to utilize the big square tube to soak after long days of exploring Kaohsiung. We went during quiet, off peak season so the area was not busy. Very different from Taipei in terms of crowds. Will book again in the future if we visit Kaohsiung.

Walking distance to the Whale Promenade; nice sunrise and sunset views; excellent buffet; friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful lobby. Lots of choices of specialized restaurants within hotel.

Good location, friendly staff, nice and clean room. Enjoyed my stay!
